About the Artist

Hey, I’m Bridget! A Canadian born illustrator and surface designer living in the U.S. I grew up on an island on the East Coast, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean.
After spending two decades as a photographer and editor and the last several years as a creative facilitator for individuals and groups, I've taken my interest in the connection of artful expression and its ability to help us navigate life and poured it into the creation of a series of books on grief, mindful healing, compassionate support and creativity.
My multi-disciplinary background make for fun, easy collaborations that compliment your lifestyle, home, event or business!

If you:
are looking for a creative facilitator for your business or group,
  • want to schedule a book reading,
  • have a licensing concept or collaboration to pursue,
  •  have a project you need help with,
I'd love to hear your ideas!

Please contact me here.

Thank you for your interest!

  • Compassionate Support

Reaching out to those we care about isn't always easy when we are hurting, but it can lead to meaningful conversations, happy memories and much needed laughter.

  • Nature is Healing

Getting outside and breathing in some fresh air, feeling the wind in your hair, the sun on your face or even a flurry of snowflakes is a wonderful way to reset our nervous systems.

  • A Light in the Dark

"How Does a Heart Heal?" came out of my own grief and was made with love. My hope is that it brings a little comfort to those experiencing a loss.

Thank you for visiting!
